Can I have coffee when I start my meal plan?Yes! Absolutely!

Can I still have my favorite foods?Yes, absolutely! I will teach you how to incorporate your favorite foods on a weekly or daily basis.

How fast can I see results?Each person varies and each have their different metabolism/history. According to the CDC, the average person loses between 0.5-1 lbs per week.

I have food limitations, can I still do your nutrition program?Yes! I customize all of my meal plans according to a wellness evaluation questionnaire that you will fill out when you join my program.

Do you have a vegan plan option?Yes!

Can you help me GAIN weight?YES! Weight gain programs are available for anyone. I work with many athletes and/or underweight clients.

Do I have to workout as part of following your weight loss nutrition program? I hate working out!No, you don't have to workout. 80% of your weight loss will come from your food intake and choices. I encourage you to workout but it's not a must.

Do I only drink shakes on your program?You get to enjoy between 5-6 meals on my weight loss and weight gain nutrition programs. You can choose to incorporate meal replacement shakes as part of these meals.

Can I eat carbs?Absolutely! Your meals will be based on 40% carbs at most cases. WE LOVE CARBS on my program!

Can I eat sugar?The meal plan has many pleasurable meals and you'll learn my method to consume sugar in a responsible way.

Are you virtually going to be coaching me yourself?In my 1-on-1 program you will get to set up check-in calls where I will personally coach you.

Do any of your programs include "meeting in person" with you?We have the Photoshoot Challenge 1 to 2 times each year where we meet at the end to celebrate and have a professional photoshoot together.

Can I do your nutrition program and continue to workout where I am used to?YES please do! As long as you are active, my nutrition program will complement your workout. When you join, fill out the wellness evaluation questionnaire, and then let me know what type of workout you are doing and I will customize your meal plan accordingly.

Do I have to use supplements in your program?No. It's totally optional. I like using supplements and meal replacements in my meal plan because it helps my clients to stay on top of their program. The meal replacements that I use also have high nutritious value and helps my clients nourish their body easily.

I'd like to get introduced to supplements and meal replacements but I don't know how to use it.Once you receive everything, you'll receive a specific guide of how it all works.

When I go to the gym I only walk/run on treadmill or elliptical. I don't know what else to do.I can relate! With my fitness plan you will have a whole week planned of workouts at the gym. You will know exactly what you are going to do in each workout, in advance, and it will give you some time to view the exercises before stepping into the gym. It will create clarity and confidence. And you will feel accomplishment after each training session.

I am not familiar with some forms. How can I work on my form?My fitness plan will allow you to do some planning before hitting the gym. I will teach you methods of how to find everything that you need and learn how to use

I need you with me at the gym, can you train me?Thank you and I appreciate it! I’m currently fully booked and don’t train in person.

How often will I get a fitness plan update?I recommend to switch every 5/6 weeks. Simply place another order for fitness plans and allow 24-48 hours for your new fitness plan.

How fast should I see results?Every person has a different body and it is very individual. Normally, when following a strength training fitness plan along with my nutrition plan results are quick to show. You will feel great and feel stronger! A 12 week plan, is always a good plan!

I only workout at home. Can you customize a fitness plan for me at my home gym and the fitness accessories that I have?Yes Absolutely!

Can I follow up with you weekly about my progress?Yes, on my 90 day programs you have weekly follow up with me.
